Welcome back! So we are currently on our final full day at sea. We arrive in Southampton, England tomorrow morning, early. We may not be able to post another blog post until after we arrive…perhaps in a day or two.
Yesterday had some interesting moments. I tried a few times to do laundry…people were waiting super early and they are small rooms with only 4 washers and 4 dryers each (for probably a few hundred people per floor!). I finally got some done and planned in advance for our second load early this morning.
You get the daily program by your door every evening. Here's a sample of the daily activities:

in the morning…was quite relaxing and quiet.)
Afternoon tea (probably our last…too much caffeine):
(They will accommodate vegans…just ask! It may take them a day or two
until you get full vegan tea service, but it's quite good.)

Yes, that British Banana Bread beer was good!
Followed up by a ½ pint of the Cunard Gold (pilsner).
Another Gala evening…Masquerade Ball this time:
(We ate in the buffet last night since we didn't have the outfits for the
masquerade ball. It was a bit disappointing as it was pretty much the
same food as lunch: salad and a vegetable curry. They also had a baked
potato, roasted potatoes, and french fries….as vegan options.
Potato overload, anyone?)
